Signature Espresso Martini
A cleaner, coffee-first Espresso Martini built around Hel Above, fresh espresso and enough structure to avoid becoming syrupy.
Ingredients
- 35ml Vodka
- 35ml NORSE CODE Hel Above
- 30ml Fresh Espresso
- 2.5–5ml Sugar Syrup, optional
Method
Shake hard with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
Tasting Notes

Baby Guinness
A rich layered serve where Hel Below brings density, body and real coffee depth beneath a smooth cream top.
Ingredients
- 25ml NORSE CODE Hel Below
- 10ml Cream Liqueur
Method
Pour Hel Below into a shot glass. Slowly layer cream liqueur over the back of a spoon to create a clean cream head.

EX-01 Neat Serve
EX-01 is a rare Colombian Gesha coffee liqueur designed to be sipped slowly, closer to a fine spirit than a conventional cocktail ingredient.

- Optional: one large ice cube
Method
Serve at room temperature in a small tasting glass, or over a single large cube for a softer, slower serve.

Method

Method
