Coffee Spirit Co exists because coffee deserves better than being treated as a flavouring.
We are not a liqueur company adding coffee. We are coffee people building spirits around the way great coffee should taste.
Why We Exist
For years, coffee liqueur has sat in an awkward space between coffee and spirits. Many products are built around sweetness, colouring, flavouring or generic coffee character rather than the kind of coffee quality people now expect from speciality coffee.
We saw the category differently. Coffee has origin, roast development, brewing method, extraction control, balance and aroma. Those details matter in the cup, so they should matter in the bottle.
Coffee Spirit Co was created to build spirits where coffee is treated with the same respect as the spirit itself.

NORSE CODE is our first product range, but Coffee Spirit Co is the company and philosophy behind it.
The name matters because our ambition is bigger than one bottle. Coffee Spirit Co gives us room to explore what happens when coffee and spirits are treated with equal seriousness — from liqueurs and cocktail serves to limited releases and future coffee-led drinks.
NORSE CODE is the first expression of that idea: award-winning coffee liqueur built around real coffee, controlled extraction and products designed to perform in the glass.

Coffee Spirit Co products are developed with real serves in mind. Hel Above is built for Espresso Martinis and coffee-forward cocktails. Hel Below is designed for Baby Guinness shots, layered serves and smoother after-dinner drinks.
That means the liquid has to do more than taste good on its own. It has to bring structure, density, balance and consistency when used by bartenders, venues and home drinkers.
