Created using bespoke precision filter brewing to reveal the coffee's delicate floral character, citrus brightness and honeyed sweetness, balanced with the depth of Maris Otter malt spirit.

At the heart of EX-01 is an exceptional Colombian Gesha from producer Carlos Arcila. Celebrated for its remarkable aromatic complexity, Gesha is prized for its floral character, citrus clarity and delicate sweetness.

Expertly roasted by Matthew Robley-Siemonsma of Yorkshire's Album Coffee, this remarkable coffee was selected to express its distinctive origin character, rather than disappear behind the sweetness of a conventional coffee liqueur.

THE SPIRIT

ENGLISH SINGLE-MALT NEW-MAKE.

An exceptional coffee deserves an equally distinctive spirit.

EX-01 combines Colombian Gesha coffee with English single-malt new-make spirit from Yorkshire's Cooper King Distillery, crafted from Maris Otter barley.

The spirit contributes depth, character and subtle malt sweetness, complementing the coffee's delicate floral aromatics and citrus brightness.

Using our bespoke precision filter brewing process, we carefully control temperature, water flow and extraction to reveal the distinctive character of Carlos Arcila's Colombian Gesha.

Unlike conventional cold brew, our approach allows us to explore the coffee's full aromatic complexity, preserving its delicate floral notes, citrus brightness and natural sweetness.
