Ingredients

• 35ml Cooper King Dry Gin

• 25ml NORSE CODE Hel Above

• 15ml sugar syrup

• 1 egg white (optional)

• Coffee beans or orange zest to garnish

Method: Add the ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake first if using egg white, then add ice and shake thoroughly. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish.
