- 35ml Cooper King Dry Gin
- 25ml NORSE CODE Hel Above
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Egg White (optional)
- Garnish: Coffee beans or orange zest
Method:
- 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
- 2. Dry shake first if using egg white
- 3. Add ice and shake hard
- 4. Strain into chilled coupe glass
