For this release, Matthew applied competition-level roasting precision to Carlos Arcila’s Colombian Gesha, revealing its exceptional aromatics, jasmine, citrus, and honey, while preserving its structure and vibrancy.

“My goal was transparency,” Matthew says. “You don’t dominate a Gesha, you frame it.”

We've framed this coffee with New Make spirit from our friends at Cooper King Distillery.

We're thrilled with the results. We've not tasted anything like this before, it benefits from the freshness of a new make spirit, with complex coffee notes that complement the malt characteristics and a really easy drinking smoothness.
