Rhubarb & Ginger Gin

Our second edition to the Rare Bird collection, Rhubarb and Ginger. A quintessentially Yorkshire flavour, using real rhubarb and ginger. No added sugar for a natural, yet smooth, and sweet finish.

Made using real pieces of rhubarb and a base of the Rare Bird London dry, this Gin packs a punch, with a strong Rhubarb hit and a warm end of Ginger. A bit different to the others you may have tried being sugar free, meaning a warmer flavour, and a stronger taste. Add tonic and a slice of orange and you have a wonderful seasonal tipple.
